Cancellations
Can’t be cancelled after purchase.
Exchanges
We do not accept any returns or exchanges of any kind.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
No notes
We will not begin on your order if there is no note provided. The customer will be contacted if the order is missing the note. If the customer does not respond the order will not be refunded or made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
